Dr. Nash's story from "deliquency to degrees" is one of grit, determination, self-realization, peserverence, and ultimate ​success. However, after overcoming potentially life-altering obstacles as a young adult to earn a Ph.D. prior to the age ​of 30, and experiencing a successful career within Education, Dr. Nash found himself having to navigate mid-life trials ​and tribulations. Facing an unexpected career altering decision after being ousted from a high profile education ​position, Dr. Nash was once again at a pivotal crossroads in his life, this time on a professional level. Building upon many ​of the psychological/social lessons and strategic decision making processes learned as a youth, Dr, Nash rebranded, ​repurposed, and revisioned his dream of serving others and his community, which ultimately led him to an ​overwhelmingly successful transition into a 2nd career as a self-made entrepreneur.

Today, Dr. Nash uses theorectical frameworks related to: 1) Funds of Knowledge and 2) Capital Theory (Social, Cultural, ​Human, and Financial) during his speaking, to explore and foundationally root his journey from a deliquent youth to a ​successful businessman, real estate mogul, and multi-millionaire. Dr. Nash has made it his life's purpose to share as ​much wisdom and knowledge with anyone who will feel inspired by his journey or benefit from his real estate & ​entrepreurial coaching.


Dr. Nash has received numerous career awards, both in education and in real estate, including: being named to the ​Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program at the University of Northern Colorado, The Michael Boulden Fellowship in ​University Advancement at Arizona State University, the Ronald E. Marx Graduate Fellowship at the University of ​Arizona, named one of the top real estate agents in America by the Wall Street Journal, recognized as one of the top ​1% producing agents in the country, recipient of the of the 2021 "Denver Business Journal Top Four Under 40" Award, ​nominated as one of the top "African Americans Who Made a Difference" in the Denver Urban Spectrum (2022), and ​he now owns and manages the largest Black-owned independent real estate brokerage in the state of Colorado ​(Nash & Company Real Estate).
